In the event of two or more horses having an equal number of points, preference will be given to the higher assessed horse(s).Horses on equal points and the same picnic assessment will be eliminated in order of total prize money received in flat races, lowest first. Horses on equal points, same picnic assessment and which have accrued equal total prize money in flat races will be eliminated by lot. SuperVOBIS and other bonuses will not be taken into account. For the purposes of these conditions any horse which is a final acceptor for a picnic race abandoned after final acceptances have closed shall be deemed to have started in the race.
